The heated swimming pool is open for all guests to enjoy from 1ST MAY - END OF AUGUST.
The table tennis and studio are available for guests to enjoy. Both Yoga and Pilates lessons can be booked in advance at a cost of £10 per person (min 4 people) + £20 travel cost.
The wood fired sauna is available to book per hour at a rate of £50 per hour and is bookable on arrival at Pentre Retreat. The Sauna seats 6 people. There is also a cold shower and cold tubs to enjoy during your Sauna experience.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES
Fly Fishing on the River Dee can also be arranged. Prices provided on enquiry.
Clay Pigeon Shooting, horse riding, white water rafting and bike hire can all be accessed locally.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home in a beautiful location. The bedrooms were generous sizes with comfy beds and living areas that were perfect for our two families. There were quality finishes with flowers and prosecco on arrival. The games areas were great for the kids and stunning outside spaces for views and fresh air.
Lovely big kitchen with quality utensils, glasses and everything we needed.
The table tennis games room was a great addition and created some great family tournaments!
James and Emma were very friendly, available if needed but left us to it as their home is separate to The Barn.
We'll definitely be coming back.

We had a lovely stay at the Barn, everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy.
Having the dining area, lounge area, upstairs games room, and outdoor seating area meant we had options for where to relax.
There are also some lovely villages and walks close by. I really recommend staying here.

We loved our stay and as it was 4 generations get together ranging from from 95 to 18 months it suited us all. A downstairs bedroom and en-suite was perfect along with the upstairs large bedrooms and a games room. The swimming pool an added bonus and was used well A little garden area leading to the pool is lovely and a private patio with table and chairs. Emma, the host, was so helpful prior and during our stay with great recommendations. The Barn has everything you could need and felt like home. So very clean throughout and the beds are extremely comfortable too. The decor throughout is immaculate I highly recommend it and we had a wonderful time.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Emma’s barn in Overton! Our family all unanimously agreed it was our best Airbnb experience (and we’ve had many!). From the spacious and spotless barn, to the stunning surroundings with panoramic views to the fantastic pool and gardens, we can’t rate it highly enough. And to top it all off, Tikka the dog was a huge hit with our kids (and us!). Emma was super responsive and proactive before and during our stay with some fantastic restaurant recommendations. Definitely check out The Boat at Erbistock (our fave) for a wonderful riverside pub, and the Boathouse for a great lunch. Thank you Emma and family for such a lovely week. We didn’t want to leave!!

we have to say that this has got to be our favourite place we have stayed with Air bnb!
Emma was great with communications and a very welcoming host! She gave us recommendations that suited us specifically which was a lovely touch.
The place is heaven, great for hot and cold weather and has a lovely home feeling to it. very quiet area so it was lovely and peaceful!
